Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed disinfecting solution stored on the back of the toilet accessible to children. Licensor observed the cabinet under the bathroom sink contained toothpaste, windex, and other cleaning supplies accessible to children. TA provided to store disinfecting solution out of reach of children and install a child safety lock on the cabinet under the bathroom sink.
